Shipping and Returns
Packages typically ship from London, U.K. within 1-2 business days of your order confirmation, via Royal Mail. During busy periods it may take longer to process your order.
We deliver to the UK, Europe*, and worldwide via Royal Mail or courier.
Royal Mail 1st Class 1-3 working days £4.50 or FREE on orders over £60.
Canada and USA
Shipping on orders over £100 is FREE. International Standard on orders under £100 is £15. Six to seven working days.
Shipping on orders over £150 is FREE. International Standard on orders under £150 is £7.50.
Rest of World
Shipping on orders over £200 is FREE. International Standard on orders under £200 is £15.
*Europe includes: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Republic of Cyprus, Denmark, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain (mainland), Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Republic of Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Greece.
Your package may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges related to customs once the package reaches its destination. Please note you are responsible for any customs charges related to your shipment if these apply. This includes shipping to the EU. Please visit your government website to determine customs fees.
SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
Please note that the you, the customer are responsible for all taxes, duties and processing costs. We can only offer refunds if the goods are returned to us. So if you decide not to pay any taxes and duties that are due – and this means the courier cannot deliver your parcel to you – we are not able to refund or cancel your order. The courier service will not return goods to us if you do not pay your duties and taxes. So we will not be able to refund you.
We aim to ship all in-stock items within 1-2 business days of your order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays in the UK. We will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of your order and a shipping confirmation email which contains live delivery information and a reference number:
- 1st Class Royal Mail orders come with a general tracking number but may not update the package location until the delivery date.
- International Tracked orders come with end to end tracking. We recommend that you follow the tracking information in the shipping confirmation email so that you're at home to receive your parcel and it's not returned to us.
Our international delivery service considers a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 28 days for international orders. Though it is highly unlikely deliveries to take this amount of time, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Our goal is to help you find products that are a perfect fit for you and your lifestyle. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your products, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of your order arriving.
Products must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Customers are responsible for return shipping - please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions and retain proof of postage. Once your return is received, we will send an email notifying you that we have received it and we'll send you a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer. A replacement is sent free of charge or a refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your credit card or original payment method.
We are unable to refund postage and courier costs. For our overseas customers, we are unable to refund any customs fee or local taxes.
Please ensure your parcel is sent by trackable international courier. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

We do not accept unauthorized returns. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Any products purchased at a retail partner, must be returned to that retail partner. Only products bought at sarkabotanicals.com may be returned to sarkabotanicals.com.
BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS, LOST PARCELS
Please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We are unable to help with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 14-day return policy time frame and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels where the parcel has been registered as delivered, which includes notification of re-delivery or collection.
